With 21 years of combined experience as Consultants in the Healthcare industry, we have a wealth of knowledge & expertise in all aspects of quality management, service design, service improvement, & customer experience in high scrutiny environments.

 

In August 2021 our search for high quality oils to use in our Well-Being Spa began. We wanted oils that had a luxury feel and could influence our customers mood, and perception of our services.

 

Failing to find anything suitable on the market, we began to develop our first Spa Oil in the scent ‘CHIVALROUS’. A completely original scent, resembling no other and carefully crafted with an outcome-based approach to provide a luxury feel and relaxing experience.

 

Falling in love with the process of creating a unique, quality scent, and seeing the influence that it had on our customers, we started formulating CHIVALROUS into a perfume, followed by the creation of a further two signature fragrances, ALPHA & VIRILITY. Then, The Maynard Collection was born.

 

From perfumes became lotions, from lotions became soaps and from soaps became diffuser oils, as we recognised the power scent has in creating a consistent, quality and luxury experience at every customer touch point.
